Services available

We provide 3 choices of beverage and bar service for you to select from:

• Hosted Bar AKA "open bar"
  All beverages are provided at no cost to your guests.
• No Host Bar AKA "cash bar"
  The guests pay for their own beverages. The host has the option of purchasing non-alcoholic beverages.
• Limited Hosted Bar
  The host buys a limited amount or type of beverages, for example provides 2 drink tickets per guest with no-host available for additional purchases by the guest.

Levels of Service:

Soft Bar (Beer, Wine, Sodas):

Comes with regular and diet sodas, Perrier, bottled spring water, two brands of domestic beer, Chardonnay, Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon and Blush wines.

Hosted Call Bar:

Includes Soft Bar plus the following...
Liquor Service:
Tito’s & Smirnoff Vodka, Gordon’s Gin, Seagrams 7 Crown, Jack Daniels, Bacardi Rum, Malibu Rum, Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, Jose Cuervo Gold Tequila, J&B Scotch, Brandy, Kahlua, Midori, Apple Pucker, Triple Sec, Amaretto, Peach Schnapps, Long Island Iced Tea
Beer Service: Choice of Two Bottled Domestic, Choice of one Bottled Import/Craft/Microbrew (some limitations apply) O’Douls also available
Wine Service: Chardonnay & Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir & Pinot Grigio

Gold or "Top Shelf" Bar

Includes Soft Bar plus the following...
Grey Goose & Tito’s Vodka, Tanqueray Gin, Chivas Regal Scotch, Jameson Irish Whiskey, Crown Royal, Jack Daniels, Bacardi & Malibu Rum, Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, Patron Silver Tequila, Hennessey Cognac, Kahlua, Midori, Apple Pucker, Triple Sec, Amaretto, Peach Schnapps, Long Island Iced Tea. Beer upgrade to include one Import or MicroBrew and wine upgrade.

Full Bars Include: Coke, Diet Coke, 7-Up, Bottled Spring Water, Tonic, Club Soda, Orange Juice, Cranberry, Pineapple, Grapefruit, Margarita Mix, Salt, Bloody Mary Mix, Grenadine, Lemons, Limes, Olives and Cherries. We use only name-brand products.

All services include: Four hours of Service, one 6’ Portable Bar, skirting, ice, stir sticks, straws, cocktail napkins, clear hard plastic glassware in two sizes; all operational equipment for your Bar Service type, as well as Liquor Liability Insurance. The only thing the host needs to provide are trash can & liners, or we can provide these with a minimal additional charge.
